Customs, Duties and Taxes

All Extreme is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

If you receive a damaged order, please contact [email protected] to resolve the issue immediately. Read the Return & Refund Policy.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping and delivery depends of your location and can take 7 up to 24 business days.  Shipping time and shipping cost differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order.  See the final shipping cost and shipping time during checkout.

Do you accept international orders, or international payment methods?

– If you are in another country you can choose from the list of countries.

-If your country is not on the list, this means that there is no delivery to this country.

When should I expect my items?

-Packages should arrive 7-24 business days after you placed your order unless stated otherwise on the specific product. 

How do I track my package?

We will email you a tracking number as soon as we make a shipping label. Sometimes these tracking emails get stuck in your SPAM folder, so be sure to try searching “[email protected]” to see recent email. 

My tracking information shows my package was delivered, but I can’t find it. What do I do?

-Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

-Please check in with your local post office. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address – we’ll help.

-Make sure you report the problem within 2 weeks after estimated delivery time

– If reported outside of the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

 -If the delivery address is an apartment or office building, check with the front desk.

How do I return my item?
