Damaged or broken items

We are aware that mistakes can happen and that product can be damaged during transportation and delivery. We would like to apologize for inconvenience and offer you a replacement product. All you need to do is contact us at [email protected] as soon as you receive your order and no later than 2 days from delivery and we will guide you through process and send replacement products in no time. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return and Refund claims

If you are not 100% satisfied with any product received, we offer full refund upon return of the product. If product is not as described, if you have received wrong product or if you do not like the product, please contact us on [email protected] to file a claim. Products must be new, unused, not damaged and in original packaging to qualify for refund. Products that have been in your possession longer than 7 days are considered used and do not qualify for a refund. If your return is missing an item we may charge you a replacement fee or reject your return. Once you file the claim, we will send you return address and start a refund process. Please be aware it might take up to 30 days for us to receive and inspect the product before we issue refund. 

Refund

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. (If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card.)

We do not offer partial refund and all refunds must be made with unused, returned product for full amount. Please read product description and shipping details as some carriers might charge a small fee for return shipping.
